NEXTCELL was showcased at the BATTERY 2030+ Annual Conference, held in Turin, Italy, on 7–8 May 2026. The event, organized by Politecnico di Torino, brought together around 250 participants from across Europe, including researchers, industry representatives, and policymakers working on the future of battery technologies.

During the conference, the NEXTCELL project was disseminated through a poster presentation by Carlotta Francia (PoliTo), highlighting the project’s objectives and ongoing developments toward next-generation lithium-ion battery technologies.

BATTERY 2030+ is one of Europe’s leading research initiatives supporting the development of sustainable, high-performance, and safe battery systems. Participation in the annual meeting provided an excellent opportunity to increase the visibility of NEXTCELL and exchange knowledge with experts across the battery value chain.
